At IYAN we respect and take steps to protect your privacy. We strive to make our site a safe environment for everyone who visits and uses our services. We are committed to providing you with the best possible online service and experience as well as the best products and services. The purpose of this document is to fully share with you:

- How we use information collected
We use information which you provide us to deliver and keep track of the IYAN services you have signed up to receive. We may also use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyse site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customise our site's content and layout. We do this in an attempt to improve our site and better tailor it to meet our users' needs. From time to time, we may also use personally identifiable information about you to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as promotions and notices or latest news. In addition, we may also use information we obtain from your current and past activities on the site, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

- Your Email
We hate spam! If you provide us with an email, your email will only be used in support of the service or provision for which it was supplied. Such emails may contain marketing links or materials.
IYAN does, however, operate some mailing lists and some services provided on IYAN are linked to membership of a mailing list. If you do not want to be a member of such a mailing list, do not request the service. All mailing lists are double opt-in and require a user to actively consent to membership of the list. All mailings comply with the CAN SPAM Act and all email sent as part of a mailing list contain unsubscribe links.
IYAN protects both Advertiser and Responder emails by providing a secure communication service that prevents emails being exposed to third parties. To achieve this, the IYAN email system passes messages between the parties using its own email address. By using this system, users and visitors expressly permit IYAN to forward email to them for this purpose.
- Disclosure of your information
We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. We do provide personally identifiable information to the sales channel and content providers directly involved in providing a customer service, for marketing and promotional purposes only.
We pass to, and receive from, our payment processors personally identifiable information for the purpose of completing financial transactions and assessing risk.
In addition, we must comply with court orders, information requests from government agencies and regulators and other legal and regulatory processes that may require the disclosure of your personally identifiable information.
- Protecting your information
Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality. SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected. IYAN does not capture or hold any credit card data or sensitive financial information.
- Reviewing/Changing your information
If at any time you would like to review any information in your account, you can log in using the password provided during signup to view your transactions and account information. Key details can also be updated in your account.
- Limits on our abilities
Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal and technical environment, we cannot ensure that your personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties in ways not described in this policy. Additionally, we can (and you authorise us to) disclose any information about you to private entities, police or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to address or resolve inquiries or problems. This will not be done for commercial purposes or for the gain of IYAN.
